This year the patented KE Architectural Element, Julie (Wife), David (Son), and I were exhibitors at the Tiny House Jamboree held at the Travis County Expo in Austin, Texas August 23-26. Our standard 12′ KE Module Unit was on display fully outfitted with a HVAC system and plumbing fixtures to suggest the Kitchen and Bath module concept. The plumbing piping was configured horizontally to avoid penetrating into the floor or ceiling assemblies, instead through an exterior wall as a plug-in. The bath plumbing fixtures were American Standard’s latest modern series, the Modulus wall mounted types. A number of my architectural drawings and photos supported the application and use. The event was very well attended and we spoke to so many wonderful people interested in smaller, simplified housing and living options.
